The seat is a deluxe PU padded seat that is roller mounted, the frame is in heavy duty steel, and the resistance system is a fully enclosed full air system.
If you have not tried a rowing machine yet believe me when I say that just by pulling a chain in a rowing action is very tiring and will improve you stamina a lot.

I tried this model in a showroom, and it’s great value but I preferred the AMR1 rower, also made by Beny Sports. It has less vibration, and adjusts its tension by a knob, so different people can have the right level of resistance. It also has a better console and smaller length. I got it at fithire, who also hire them, but I didn’t need to, after trying the different choices.
